Cancel the order
You can cancel your order within 2 days and receive a full refund.
Please email us your order number. We will confirm and reply within 24 hours.
Please do not initiate any Paypal cases or credit card declines, which may bring extra work to our customer service. We promise: orders can be canceled without any reason within 2 days.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on cancelling it, you will be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for our storage costs, order preparation costs and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).
Order modification
You can change your order information (such as colors, dimensions, shipping address, telephone number) within 48 hours.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be modified.
Returns
If you wish to return a product purchased from our website. You need to initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving the product.Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Items should be returned in their original condition: unused, in original packaging and complete with accessories.
Return process
1. Sending an email to admin@dycodecor.com to file a return application and explain the reason for the return.
2. We will determine the refund amount based on the reason for the return and the order amount.
3. We provide a return address.
4. You need to send the goods you want to return within 7 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
5. Please let us know the tracking number.
6. We will check whether it complies with our return and refund policy after receiving the goods. If it matches, we will refund within 3 days.
7. After the refund operation is completed, the refund will be returned to your original payment account. Generally, it will arrive within 3-7 days, depending on the processing speed of your bank.
8. Due to exchange rate fluctuations, the refund you receive may differ from your original payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please note that the right to return products does not apply to:
1. Products whose delivery time has exceeded 30 days.(If it exceeds 30 days, we will deduct up to 70% of your refund based on the exceeded time.)
2.Customized products that are ordered from the manufacturer according to the customer’s wishes. (except manufacturer defects)
3. All accessories, such as light bulbs.
4. We will not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges of large orders of the same product (“large orders”: three or more of the same product). If you are ordering a large quantity of an item, we recommend that you first buy one to make sure whether it is what you need. For any questions, please contact us at admin@dycodecor.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
5. Shipping costs: Please note that the fast shipping costs such as FedEx, DHL, UPS are not refundable once your order has been shipped. If your order is returned and refunded, this additional shipping cost will not be refunded.
Please note: The colors may appear slightly different via the website due to the computer’s image resolution and monitor settings. The dimensions will be slightly different as a result of manual measurement. Colors and dimensions are for reference, please refer to the actual product.
Dyco decor does not accept any responsibility for the lost working time, loss of earnings or other such liabilities in the unlikely event of a delivery being incorrect, delayed or postponed.
